I was married to Bill Anderson from 1962 until 1982.

I have two wonderful daughters, Paula and Elizabeth; they are both married and I have 3 Grandchildren. Paula teaches "special needs children" for Chandler school district and Liz is a nurse.

I am a psychiatric Nurse and have worked at The AZ. St. Hospital for several years.

I have a brother who was diagnosed with a mental illness(schizophrenia) at an early age ~ 20 yrs.old; I have no doubt that this was a precipitating factor which led to my career in the mental health field. Tony passed away a few years ago d/t lung cancer.

I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to always work on the medical/psych unit at the Hospital whereas I feel I have the "best of both worlds" so to speak. I thoroughly enjoy my career.

I am an animal activist and share some of my off duty time giving care to animals.
